Our team consists of over 200 employees who build, develop, and improve Tekton every day. We are a diverse group of experts – from construction sites to management – working together as a strong and reliable unit. We believe that our people are the greatest asset of our business.
Our projects are led by a team of over 20 civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers. Their expertise is the foundation for safe and high-quality solutions. By investing in their knowledge, we build trust and deliver excellence.
Over 15 young engineers started their careers at Tekton while still in university. We gave them the opportunity – and they seized it. We're proud to grow together with people who are eager to learn, develop, and stay with us.
Our foundation is built on the knowledge and experience of over 60 skilled craftspeople. These master artisans, who stand behind every detail, guarantee quality and precision. Thanks to them, what we envision becomes reality.
Our goal is not just to construct buildings—but to build a community within our company. We are dedicated to creating a healthy, safe, and stimulating work environment. Because the purpose of business begins with the people who live it every day.
